Use Cases

Cloud Migration (Manufacturing)

Migrated a national medtech company’s on-premises production planning application and data to Google Cloud. The project entailed application cloud readiness assessment (including dependent systems, applications, databases, and vendor’s systems), creation of a detailed migration strategy, and actual migration with minimal downtime and zero data loss. In addition, the project involved thorough testing and validation, including smoke, functional, and acceptance testing.

Cloud Security (Healthcare)

Assisted a regional healthcare organization implement several cloud security measures. These measures included implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies to control access to cloud resources, activating data encryption, and deploying security monitoring and threat detection solutions such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and intrusion detection systems. In addition, the project included setting up regular scans and assessments of cloud environments for vulnerabilities and activating remediation measures.
